Any information gains the value only if it reaches the common man and the officials should understand it. This was stated by Prabhat Dabral, Uttarakhand Chief Information Commissioner, while addressing a seminar at the Vikas Bhawan here today.
All the information officers participated in the seminar.Among those present at the seminar were District Panchayat Officer MM Khan, District Education Officer Geeta Nautiyal, Uttarakhand Saving Director in charge Pratap Ram.
